Is February 25, 2011 holiday for public and private sector workers?
As it stands now, Feb 25, 2011 holiday for Araw ng People Pow (People Power Day) is only for school. There would be no classes on February 25 2011.
We have not received any news on the holiday for public and private workers yet.

The Holy Week schedule this year is very unusual. It is too near the month of May. It should be first week of April or last week of March.
Holy week and easter is based certain calculations and have different dates every year.

I wonder also why? It should fall between last week of March or first week of April. Can any one in the R. Catholic church explains this please?
