A festival of lights is the other name for Diwali Festival celebrated in India every October. The date of Diwali festival is different each year based on the Hindu calendar, but in 2012, the festival will be held on 11 November 2012. People in India celebrates Diwali festival for 5 days with the third day as the peak of the celebration.
