Needless to say, Siem Reap is like a volcano waiting to erupt at any point. Cambodia has made its mark in the history of the world, whether good or bad, and Siem Reap followed. The city was once dominated by the rich, the famous and the most talked of the communities.

Today, better things are still blessed within the boundaries of the country. The success and grand stature of the city was never anticipated by many, and was surprised on how this turned out to be on their advantage.

Hotels, business commodities, restaurants of the highest level began to overpower its trademark temples. Its colonial history is still very present among others, evident to some of its chateaus and boulevards. Slowly but surely, Siem Reap is making another splash into the world not only in the aspect of tourism, but also for the well being of its name, and for its people.
