The progress of Taipei went from worst to best over the last decade. From its beginnings as a congested nation of free dwellers, with those extensive problems of traffic, garbage and even environmental flaws, to the now even flowing bombardment of change here and there.

Taipei is now on the verge of healing; a slow yet evident sense of change that is felt by both the commoners and those who followed its resolution of change. It is but a fact that Taipei in general is a peaceful place, only to be disturbed once by the non committal of progress.

In a little span of time, economic, social and political reform took place and placed Taipei into the map again, and is agreed by many as one of the most livable cities, coupled with the comfortable living of today’s generation. Taipei is a clear evidence of progress and change only for the betterment of all.
